Terms and conditions - Lazytie

General Terms and Conditions applied by LAZYTIE LTD.

§ 1) Scope:

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the processing and shipment of all orders placed by customers online at www.lazytie.com.

§ 2) Sole applicability of GTC:

These services are governed solely by these GTC.

§ 3) Contract execution:

All offers made by LAZYTIE Ltd. are non-binding. A contract between the customer and LAZYTIE Ltd. becomes effective only after the customer has placed an order and LAZYTIE Ltd. has accepted it. The customer generates his order by sending his virtual shopping cart of the webshop online. LAZYTIE Ltd. signifies its acceptance of the order by delivering some or all of the products ordered.

§ 4) Delivery:

Deliveries are made ex stock. Any delivery periods or delivery dates specified by LAZYTIE Ltd. are indicative and therefore not guaranteed.

§ 5) Transfer of ownership:

Products ordered remain the property of LAZYTIE Ltd. until payment of the full price specified in the current contract has been made by the customer.

§ 6) Payment/shipping costs:

The purchasing price becomes due by placing the order. Payment may be made by credit card or cash before delivery.
For orders of a product value of CHF 100.- or above, we deliver free of charge worldwide. For the delivery of smaller orders, we charge the effective shipping cost. Any further tax or customs duties for deliveries abroad are to be paid by the receiver. The postal charges of custom made quantity orders are invoiced at cost.

§ 7) Unpaid accounts:

If any balances due by the customer have not been paid, any outstanding shipments will be held back until proof of payment has been received.

§ 8) Returned items:

LAZYTIE Ltd. grants its customers the right to send back any items ordered which are not to their liking within 14 days of the delivery date. This does not apply to articles which have been used, removed from their original packaging or damaged. The shipping costs of the returned items have to be entirely paid by the customer.

§ 9) Data protection:

It is very important to us to ensure that all of the consumer’s personal information is treated with the utmost care and security. Lazytie Ltd. will not give the consumer’s personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order.

Data provided by our clients may only be used for marketing purposes of our own products (maximum 2 E-Mails per year). If the client does not wish to receive any of those E-Mails, he can inform us by sending a respecive E-mail to info@lazytie.ch.

§ 10) Final provisions:

Should one or more of the provisions of these GTC cease to apply, this does not invalidate the entire contract. Any provisions which become inapplicable will be replaced with appropriate new provisions under the relevant jurisdiction.

The contractual relationship between the parties is subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction and performance relating to this contract is CH-8953 Dietikon, Switzerland.
